Reunion

The Reunion area is quickly expanding beyond the master planned community it had originally been planned for. There are 2 primary resorts in this area and many newly built stores such as Publix Supermarket, banking, medical and other business services. The main resort, Reunion Resort, is a 2300-acre luxury gated resort made up of distinct neighborhoods of condos, townhomes and single-family homes all set amongst and around 3 golf courses and numerous green and conservation areas. It sits in a fantastic location between Celebration and ChampionsGate and is just 6 miles to the entrance of the Walt Disney World Resort® with easy access onto I-4 to all other Central Florida attractions. Reunion Resort is home to some of the largest and most luxurious vacation properties in Central Florida (short term rentals are allowed throughout the community) and is also the perfect community for a second home or for a primary residence with country club resort ambience.

The Encore Resort is a gated vacation destination resort next door to but separate from Reunion with its own Clubhouse, waterpark and outstanding restaurants and amenities. Properties offered are spacious 4-13 bedroom vacation homes which all come fully furnished and equipped and ready to rent. Short term rentals are allowed throughout the community.
