Celebration

Celebration is a master-planned community originally developed by The Walt Disney Company with the goal of building a better place and a better way to live. The town was created based on 5 cornerstones - Sense of Community, Sense of Place, Focus on Technology, Focus on Education, and Focus on Health. It is situated in West Osceola County at the intersection of I-4 and US192 and is directly connected to the Walt Disney World Resort by World Drive.

Celebration has a lovely central downtown area on the lake with restaurants, boutique stores and coffee shops surrounded by several residential “villages”. All areas are connected by a system of local roads as well as walking/biking trails and they share a variety of community pools and recreational amenities spread throughout the community. Supported by a strong school district, several churches of differing denominations, an excellent hospital and a vibrant events calendar including a weekly farmers market, it is a great place to live for families of all sizes and ages.  

Celebration is purely a residential community (no short-term rentals are permitted here) and offers all levels of property ownership from mid-rise condos to large estate level homes.
