Davenport

Davenport is the fastest growing town in Central Florida due to its proximity to the I4 interstate and Highway 27 making it easily accessible to Orlando or Tampa. Only 30 miles south of Downtown Orlando and centrally located in the State you can get to either the east or west coast beaches of Florida in less than an hour. Davenport was the short-term rental hotspot in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s and even now new construction dominates the US 27 corridor.
