Clermont/Montverde

Clermont is located 22 miles west of Downtown Orlando and is known as the Choice of Champions as it is the home of the United States Triathlon National Training Center. With its distinct rolling hills and chain of lakes this area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Conveniently located on Florida's Turnpike, you can be in downtown Orlando in 30 minutes or use the FL 429 toll road to visit the Walt Disney World Resort® and theme parks in the same amount of time. Clermont has a wide variety of properties available however the short term/vacation rentals are primarily in the southern part of the area (due to the proximity to Disney) while residential, including 55+ communities are further north.  

 

Montverde borders Clermont to the Northeast on the West shore of Lake Apopka.
